House Specialty "Red Velvet"

Our Red Velvet cake is made in the traditional manner where the chemical reaction between the buttermilk, vinegar, and cocoa powder creates the red colour. Very little red food colouring is used to create this beautiful and delicious deep red cake!

TREND ALERT!

Miniature Cakes are all the rage right now. People are creating full multi-tired cakes in tiny sized. The cake to the left is only 6" tall and the tiers of 3 layer cakes. The charcoal Swiss butter cream, with a teal and charcoal layer and a top layer of candied pears. Topped with a candy sculpture, this Red Velvet cake has a cherry compote in between the layers and packs a powerful little punch. More mini cakes to come!
