For years now I have heard people talk about gluten free baked goods as dry, tasteless and a burden to eat. I decided (early in my diagnosis) that I would not stand for food that was flavourless and frustrating. I sought out some of the best recipes I could, adapted others to suit my dietary needs and worked hard to create an assortment of goodies that have kept people coming back for second... or thirds.
